A new digital presence was created for the Maggini Foundation, accompanied by a careful revision of the existing logo and a new photographic series from Basel.

The visual identity remains calm. Dark blue, generous white space and a classical serif typeface provide the framework for the instruments. The proportions of the logo were refined and standardised for digital use without changing its familiar character.

Bureau Haussknecht's photographs show violins, violas and cellos at close range. Wood, varnish, traces of use and handcrafted details become visible and carry the materiality of the instruments into the website.

The Maggini Foundation has placed high quality string instruments with professional musicians since 1991 and has been based in Basel since 2023.
