The Bureau
Bureau Haussknecht develops corporate identities, photography and moving image, web and UX/UI design, as well as print and editorial work, with a focus on institutions in classical music. The work combines conceptual depth with clear, contemporary design, committed to the close observation that also distinguished Haussknecht’s research.
Johannes Wendel is a violinist and chamber musician whose engagements include the SWR Symphony Orchestra, the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra and the Frankfurt Opera and Museum Orchestra. He studied in Mainz, Weimar and Essen and is a founding member of the award-winning Davidoff Trio.
Alongside his artistic work, he develops communication and design concepts for cultural institutions: logo rebrands, cross-media campaigns, print and web design, as well as concert and project planning.
Both disciplines share the same starting point: testing and refining an idea until its clearest form emerges, on stage or on paper.
